Blur Intensity a problem; otherwise great

The problem with the blur intensity is that I can completely set the Blur Intensity to the highest level when editing but there is much less blur in the saved image. Its really apparent if you open your saved file in another program. Since the blur effect is one of the main features, its disappointing.

Otherwise, its a lot of fun and great effects.

(A nice feature would be to have a blur tool so if you see an area thats in focus--for example, part of the background--to have the ability to re-blur that little bit. It appears you can Undo the two last edits but if you catch the problem later, I dont think you can fix it--unless Im overlooking it.)
